Lewis ArthurHOWCROFTPeacefully, after a full, happy and active life, Arthur died on 25th February aged 96. Widow of the late Renée, brother of Marjorie, good friend and Uncle Arthur to so many. Music lover, traveller, mountaineer. Supporter and campaigner in the Ramblers Association, Long Distance Walking Association, Trans Pennine Trail and European Ramblers Association of which he was Honorary Vice President. A true man of the hills, moors, and mountains. Celebration/Service at the Rowan Chapel, Stockport Crematorium on Thursday 30th March at 1pm. Family flowers only.
